What are your credentials?

We have accumulated over 30 years in the HVAC (heating and cooling) and plumbing business, are licensed, concentrate on continuous education to stay on top of industry standards and are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. 


Are you licensed in your fields? What licenses do you currently carry?

We are both fully licensed by the State of Wisconsin and insured to help you keep a peace of mind.

What is your experience with heating and cooling systems?

Our emphasis on staying on top of industry trends means that we can service new cutting-edge air conditioning and heating (furnace) systems as well as your old steam-driven radiator. Our years of experience with heating and cooling systems mean there are no projects that we can't handle.


Does your company do commercial work or just residential?

We do both commercial and residential HVAC and plumbing work and excel at both.


What areas do you service outside of Racine?

We do a lot of residential service in Kenosha and western Racine and Kenosha counties and some in Oak Creek. Our areas go out a little further for commercial and manufacturing jobs.


Do you offer financing?

We do offer financing, yes!


Do you accept all credit cards?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


How do I reach someone if I need help after your normal business hours?

To schedule an appointment, call our office at (262) 989-1001. We are in the office from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday. You can also contact us by using the tab at the top of the page that is labeled “Request A Quote”. This is an email option for letting us know what you are looking for. We will respond to all emails received through the “Request A Quote” form within 24 hours.

Since we offer 24-hour emergency service, you can also leave a message at all times at that same number. If you do have a true emergency after normal business hours, our emergency number on our message will put you in touch with someone for the help you need.


I’ve heard you also do remodeling now, can you tell me more about that?

Yes, we now have a remodeling division within Building Waters called Northern Oaks Remodeling. They have their own website to review: remodelingracine.comThey do a multitude of things such as: kitchens, bathrooms, decks, windows and doors, and much more.
